As a trustee, Jeremy uses his commercial experience, strategic thinking and commitment to responsible decision-making to help the charity achieve its aims and create a lasting, positive impact.

With a background in rugby and a lifelong passion for learning and personal development, Richard has built his career around teaching, mentoring and helping others reach their potential. He is also a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, an achievement that reflects his resilience, perseverance and commitment to continuous improvement. As a teacher, Richard brings a calm, positive and dedicated approach, with a genuine passion for supporting others.
