I’m Simon, and I have, hold your breath... Left anterior temporal Glioblastoma, IDH wild type, CNS WHO Grade 4, TERT promoter mutation, MGMT promoter unmethylated...., the worst brain tumour, it's terminal…. I love the NHS, but until 2030 they cannot offer anything to extend my life. It's all private.  However, there are solutions which will get me the 5+ years to be with my family.
